Our Policies

Ensuring the Best Experience

At Rock Paper Scissors, we go above & beyond to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Studio. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

•Appointment Inquiries/New Clients•
If you're interested in booking an appointment please text all of the information below to (928)846-9432

-Full Name
-Current Hair Photos (Front & Back)
-Inspiration Photos
-Availibility
(Please Allow 1-2 Business days for a response)
•Deposits/New Clients•
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the services booked.
(Methods of payment: Zelle/Venmo/FbPay)



•Cancelations •
Here at Rock Paper Scissors your appointments are very important & are reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes unforeseen schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully require 24hrs notice for cancelations or changes as far as services booked.
Clients who choose to cancel within less then 24hrs will be required to pay 50% of the services booked, failure to do so will prohibit any future appointments.
Clients who choose to cancel the same day will be required to pay 100% of the services booked, failure to do so will prohibit any future appointments.
(Should this happen more then once it will prohibit clients from any scheduling future appointments. )



•No Calls/No Shows•
Clients who choose not to contact to call/reschedule & do not show up to scheduled appointment will be required to pay 100% of the services booked.



•No Exceptions! •



•Credit Card Required•
A Credit Card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment.  We require at least 24hrs notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24hrs notice is not given for cancelation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the services that were scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% f the services that were scheduled. By registering your card you're in agreeance to the policies.



•Refunds•
We do not offer refunds of any kind.



•Tardiness•
Here at Rock Paper Scissors we have a 15min lateness policy. Clients who choose to exceed the 15min  lateness window may have to forfeit their appointment completely as well as be required to pay 100% of the services booked.
(Should this happen more then once it will prohibit clients from any scheduling future appointments.)



•Confirmation Text •
Here at Rock Paper Scissors we will provide a courtesy text 12hrs before the scheduled appointment that you will need to respond to. Those who chose not to confirm your appointment will be canceled & a cancelation fee will apply. Please keep in mind it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date & time to avoid any fees listed above.



•Additional Guests/Children/ Animals•
At this time as a safety precaution we ask that only those with scheduled appointments attend. We ask that you keep in mind this is a 400sqft studio. Space is limited.

Consultations for the services provided are a priority. It is the clients personal responsibility to be upfront & honest about their hair history. Any occurred damage to the hair as a result of undivulged/undisclosed information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist or Rock Paper Scissors Hair Studio.
